DC Needs at Least 1 (one) Recycle Reimbursement Center in Each Section of DC

DC should offer incentives on recycling; besides we purchase these items and they are recylclable. Its not fair that we give our recyclabes for free and continue to pay high taxes. Recycle centers will allow citizens of DC to get reimbursed for turning in cylcleable. This will reduce trash and keep the cycle cleaner

Many neighborhoods, particularly in the inner-city, are absolutely filthy, despite the expansion of DPW's street-cleaning program. If we had a nickel deposit law, this city would be far, far cleaner, as inconsiderate ***** who litter our streets and sidewalks might actually get off their lazy ***** and pick up the thousands of cans and bottles degrading our neighborhoods and quality-of-life.
